About the Job
Review, analyze and participate in the evaluation and assessment of Company\'s business performance to ensure continuous improvement and long-term business sustainability.
Key Accountabilities Performance Management:
Consolidate and verify the operational data from end-users pertaining to the shareholders performance reports and other internal and external data queries to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Participate and prepare report on gap analysis reults to provide conclusive interpretation of corporate & divisional performance data and assist in implementation of business actions plan underlying the performance gaps. Provide other major highlights on operational and strategic issues / incidents.
Participate in the corporate target setting process to support the introduction of new KPIs and revisit / evaluate the existing KPIs\' targets based on business priorities, strategic objectives, current operation scenarios, historical trends, and benchmarking with industry best practices.
Prepare the background documents for company shareholders\' meetings, namely the Performance Management Contract (PMC), Board Advisory Committee (BAC) and Board Meetings in line with the Company\'s Performance Management System (PMS).
Coordinate, compile data and prepare presentations on the Performance Management Contract (PMC) to the shareholders and senior management to trigger strategic discussion on the Company\'s overall performance.
Participate in the preparation for corporate performance audit for the identified end-users and data focal points in the company, in line with the corporate governance and senior management directives.
Corporate Reporting:
Contribute to the development and implement corporate reporting standards and framework to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of corporate information provided to company Management and shareholders.
Consolidate external data queries required by third parties, like Ministry of Energy, Abu Dhabi Statistics Centre (ADSC) and OPEC through ADNOC data request.
Consolidate and analyse corporate performance data for the preparation and publication of periodic corporate reports in order to provide a comprehensive status progress of the business as an executive reference for company management and shareholders.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the corporate Management Information System (MIS) to ensure efficiency of corporate reporting and timely availability of the information required for decision making
Training:
Arrange for orientation or briefing for business support staff and new employees in the use of the Performance Management System (PMS) to enable enhanced understanding of and utilisation of the Company\'s PMS
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification
At least 8 years of experience in Performance Management within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas
Relevant professional certifications
