This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients in the UAE, specifically targeting Emirati-owned or managed businesses. The role involves understanding their unique automotive needs, promoting Automax's products and services, and achieving sales targets within the corporate sector.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Identify and prospect new corporate clients within the Emirati business community. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing corporate clients.

Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell Automax Tools such as Garage equipment & Workshop Tools. Diagnostic Tools, Hydraulic Lifts, Spray Booths, Alignment Machines and Injector Cleaners to corporate clients. Develop and present tailored sales proposals and presentations to corporate clients. Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with corporate clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Product Knowledge & Market Expertise:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Automax's product lineup and services, including features, specifications, and pricing. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions within the UAE. Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on vehicle selection and fleet management.

Customer Service & Support:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients throughout the sales process and after-sales. Address any client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using a CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Education:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:


Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry and/or with corporate clients.

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong sales and business development skills. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Familiarity with the UAE business environment and Emirati culture. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other:

Valid UAE driving license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and results-oriented attitude.
