JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an Amusement Supervisor who can join immediately in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Valid UAE Driving license is an advantage. Responsibilities: Assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of schedules Supervise team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services. Team player with ability to work to tight deadlines. Have ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Works to maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment Identify low or underperforming locations and develop or propose alternative measures for improvement Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Ability to Create, direct and supervise a variety of amusement park program areas that target families with small children in one facility with City-wide scope. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees and the public.
