Job Purpose: To oversee the daily operations of an amusement or family entertainment center (FEC), ensuring excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and staff performance. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Management, Hospitality, or related field). Experience: 2-5 years in amusement park or FEC management. Skills: Strong leadership and team management. Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Problem-solving and decision-making. Technical understanding of amusement equipment is a plus.
