We are seeking an exceptional American Section Head to lead our American section at our school (From Gr.9 to Gr.12).
The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have at least three years of experience in American curricula in the UAE.
*Key Responsibilities :
-Manage the American section and supervise teachers.
- Monitor teacher performance and ensure quality education.
- Track student progress and ensure they meet their academic goals.
- Provide career guidance to students and direct them in choosing their educational and career paths.
- Provide necessary information to students about educational and career opportunities.
*Skills-
Strong leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication skills with teachers, students, and parents.
- Ability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility.
