Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to women across all life stages from adolescence to menopause
• Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and management of conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, and hormonal imbalances
• Deliver babies including normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections with comprehensive postnatal follow-up
• Offer prenatal services including ultrasound assessment, laboratory testing, and genetic counseling
• Develop and implement treatment plans for complex gynecological conditions and perform surgical interventions when indicated
• Counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, fertility treatment options, and preventive care strategies
• Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthetists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations and international clinical standards
• Engage in continuing education to stay updated with advancements in obstetrics and gynecology

Ideal Profile

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Consultant OB GYN, including at least 3 years in the UAE or GCC region
• Valid DHA or MOH Consultant license
• Western education and specialist training required
• Strong clinical expertise in both obstetrics and gynecologic surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, ethical medical practice
