A well vibrant and dynamic hospitality company in Dubai looking to hire well experience staff for the position as Amenities Attendant.

Job Purpose

To provide exceptional guest service by maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of hotel amenities such as pools, spas, fitness centers, lounges, and recreational areas. The attendant ensures these spaces are inviting, well-stocked, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness

of all amenity areas including pool decks, fitness equipment, spa lounges, and locker rooms.

Restock supplies

such as towels, water stations, toiletries, and fitness accessories.

Monitor guest usage

of amenities to ensure safety and proper conduct.

Report maintenance issues

or equipment malfunctions promptly to engineering or housekeeping.

Assist guests

with directions, usage of equipment, and general inquiries.

Set up and break down

furniture or equipment for special events or daily operations.

Ensure compliance

with health and safety regulations, including pool chemical levels and sanitation protocols.

Coordinate with other departments

(e.g., housekeeping, front desk) to ensure seamless guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and move equipment or supplies (up to 50 lbs) Familiarity with basic cleaning and sanitation procedures CPR or First Aid certification (preferred for pool/spa attendants) Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Experience with fitness or spa equipment is a plus

Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor settings (poolside, spa, gym) Standing and walking for extended periods Exposure to cleaning chemicals and humid environments

Requirement:

Candidate should be on an independent or own visa in Dubai ONLY.

Should be available for 1 to 2 weeks.

Candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality sector.
