# About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated AMC Service Professional to join our team at Kaprel. This role involves managing and executing annual maintenance contracts for our glazing partition systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive maintenance inspections of installed glass partitions and systems, including checking seals, hardware integrity, alignment and structural stability

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance following manufacturer specifications, including lubrication of moving parts, adjustment of door closers, maintenance of sliding mechanisms

- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using technical expertise to identify root causes of problems like misalignment, improper operation, or hardware failures

- Document all maintenance activities in detail through digital service reports, including photographs, parts replaced, adjustments made, and recommendations for future maintenance

- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits, providing clear communication about timing, duration, and any potential disruptions to their operations

- Maintain and manage inventory of essential spare parts and maintenance supplies, including gaskets, handles, and other maintenance equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance of glazing systems

- Strong technical knowledge of glass partitions and door systems

- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

- Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM software and maintenance scheduling systems

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements

- Background in construction or architectural installations

- Certification in relevant technical fields
