Job Description

Safely operate the ambulance following all traffic laws and emergency driving protocols.

Respond quickly to emergency and scheduled patient transport requests.

Provide basic first aid care to patients when needed.



Assist paramedics, nurses, or medical staff with patient lifting, loading, and transferring.

Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the journey.

Conduct daily inspection of the ambulance, including fuel, oil, tires, lights, sirens, and first aid supplies.

Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of the ambulance at all times.

Check and restock first aid kits and basic emergency equipment.

Follow the safest and fastest routes to hospitals or healthcare facilities.

Document trip details, mileage, and any incidents accurately.

Report mechanical problems or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.

Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines, and company protocols.
