We are seeking a dynamic Ambassador- Sales to join our team, blending sales acumen, customer delight, and social media presence to drive business volume, elevate user experience, and represent our brand online and offline.
Role Overview

As an Ambassador- Sales, you will be the voice and face of our mobility tech platform-generating enquires and converting them into successful bookings and exceptional customer satisfaction leading to customer loyalty and repeat business.
In addition to traditional sales and support functions, you will actively create engaging digital video content that promotes our services, educates users, and drives organic lead generation across social platforms. This is a dual-role opportunity combining sales performance with personal branding and content creation, ideal for someone who is customer-focused, digitally savvy, and confident in front of the camera.
What You'll Do:
Customer Experience & Sales
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed reservations.
Provide real-time support for queries related to bookings, pricing, vehicle types, availability, or service features.
Ensure error-free and customer-aligned bookings to avoid cancellations.
Manage and update lead tracking sheets, follow-up cycles, and status logs with precision.
Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) for all customer interactions and maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
Content Creation & Brand Engagement
Create short-form content videos (reels/stories/TikTok) highlighting booking tutorials, car highlights, feature walkthroughs, offers, and customer FAQs.
Be a brand anchor- building trust and driving leads through engaging, personality-driven content and user-centric video storytelling.
Collaborate with marketing to produce content aligned with our digital strategy.
Engage with followers - responding to comments, DMs, and driving organic leads.
Stay up-to-date on UAE influencer trends and mobility-tech content strategies.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in sales, car rental/ leasing, customer service or hospitality sectors (UAE/GCC preferred).
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree (preferred in business administration, communications, or a related field)
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Confident on-camera; prior experience creating Instagram reels, TikTok content, or live walkthroughs is a big advantage.
Proficient in WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, lead trackers, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Excellent interpersonal, upselling, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Self-motivated, goal- driven, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
Passionate about cars, tech and digital engagement.
