Job Description

Our Company is based in Dubai UAE, we work with Amazon UAE , KSA. 1.We are seeking highly-experienced people that understand the Amazon system, Familiar with Amazon platform rules and use promotion methods, analyze the products and marketing methods of competing merchants, and formulate and adjust product sales policies in a timely manner according to product sales and ranking changes, and do a good job of statistical analysis of data;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the Amazon platform, including product listing, maintenance and optimization of the listing page, to ensure account security;
3. Served as Amazon and Noon customer service, responsible for timely processing and replying to customers\' pre-sales and after-sales mail;
4. Handle customer complaints and negative reviews, and properly handle customer returns and refunds;
5. Assist FBA and FBN shipment production and arrangement.
6. Regularly report work to superiors Open and handle Amazon case creation and/or appeals for any major concerns while avoiding any potential violations. This covers all Amazon related issues
7. Develop and implement inventory plans to match the sales plans
8.Work with other divisions to maximize inventory Requirements:
1) Relevant experience in Amazon operations is mandatory.|
2) All-around experience with Amazon including Seller Central and Amazon Compliance
3) A top-notch trouble-shooter. You enjoy challenges and research. When issues arise, you approach them positively and you solve them
4) Highly detail-oriented and organized. You know and have had experience with Amazon\'s different departments, and you know how and when to access them and can lay out the relevant facts appropriate for the situation
5) Expert on Amazon Seller Central. You know the ins and outs and can quote the rules by heart
6)Experienced with inventory management. You know how Amazon forecasts and how a good Amazon seller forecasts its products. You also understand Amazon\'s unfulfillable inventory, removal orders, and stranded inventory troubleshooting
7)An expert at Amazon Compliance, including understanding unlocking gated categories
8) Expert level user of Helium 10,Egrow , Amazon research, and SEO
9) Have team spirit and sense of service, strong learning ability and adaptability, work hard, patient, and responsible. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 01/07/2023
