Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Aluminum & Steel Fabricator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabrication and site installation work, particularly with aluminum and steel components. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation of

aluminum cladding

and

solid sheet panels

Fabricate and fix

pergolas and canopies

at project sites according to design specifications Apply

silicone and sealants

for weatherproofing and joint finishing Install

aluminum gates, fences, and doors

including hardware and final adjustments Read and interpret fabrication drawings and project plans Use power tools, welding machines, and hand tools as required Work in coordination with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on-site Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aluminum and steel fabrication Proven experience with cladding systems and structural aluminum works Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with site work and installation protocols in the UAE Strong knowledge of safety standards in construction and fabrication Physically fit and able to work in various outdoor conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding is an advantage
