We are in need of an experienced factory foreman and site foreman with

Full knowledge in Install and fit aluminum frames, windows, doors, pergolas, glass partitions, Handrail & top rail, shower glass, folding doors based on project specifications, architectural drawings, and design plans.
Take precise measurements and cut aluminum profiles to fit the required dimensions, ensuring proper alignment and fitting. Install glass panels, including cutting glass to size, applying seals, and securing them within the aluminum frames.
Assemble and install hardware components, such as hinges, handles, locks, and weather stripping, ensuring proper functionality and security.
Collaborate with project teams to review project requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of installations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installation activities, including proper use of personal protective equipment
Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation requirements, evaluate site conditions, and identify any potential challenges or modifications needed.
Perform repairs and maintenance on existing aluminum and glass installations, addressing issues such as leaks, faulty hardware, or broken glass.
Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including measurements, materials used, and any modifications or changes made.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced fitters or technicians, sharing best practices and assisting with training as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in aluminum and glass fitting is preferred.
Proven experience as an Aluminum and Glass Fitter, ideally in the construction or architectural industry.
Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, glass types, and their installation methods.
Proficient in using tools and equipment specific to aluminum and glass fitting, such as cutting tools, drills, sealants, and measuring instruments.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to working at heights and handling glass and aluminum materials.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure accurate installations.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients.
Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to different work sites as required.
