Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, bend, and shape aluminum profiles according to project specifications and technical drawings.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings.
Ensure fabrication meets design specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
Suggest modifications or improvements to designs when necessary, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
Perform finishing operations such as grinding, polishing, anodizing, or powder coating preparation.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure proper installation.
Assemble aluminum frames, doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and other fabricated components.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical training or certification in metal fabrication, welding, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aluminum fabrication or metalworks.
Proven experience in fabricating aluminum doors, windows, partitions, or curtain walls.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
