Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in metal fabrication, welding, or related field.
Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator, welder, or metalworker.
Familiarity with aluminium cutting, welding, bending, and finishing processes.
Understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions.
Knowledge of safety standards and proper handling of fabrication tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders for fabrication.
Cut, weld, shape, and assemble aluminum materials according to specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding machines for fabrication tasks.
Ensure all fabricated products meet quality standards and design specifications.
Install aluminum structures such as doors, windows, frames, partitions, and cladding (as required).
Perform finishing operations including polishing, grinding, and surface treatments.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in the workshop and on job sites.
Report material shortages, defects, or issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
Ability to measure, cut, weld, and assemble aluminium components with precision.
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
Ability to collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other fabricators.
Strict adherence to workplace safety standards and use of PPE.
