to join our factory production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fitting aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and other aluminum components based on fabrication drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and fit aluminum profiles, frames, and systems in the factory according to fabrication drawings.
Operate cutting, drilling, and punching machines for aluminum profiles.
Measure and mark aluminum pieces before cutting and fitting.
Ensure all components are aligned, sealed, and finished to meet production specifications.
Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled items meet company standards.
Assist in packaging and preparing completed units for delivery to site.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workstation.
Report any production or quality issues to the supervisor or foreman.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Aluminum Fitter in a factory environment.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
Experience using hand tools and machines for aluminum fabrication.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Team player with a proactive work attitude.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
