Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Fabricator with marine industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing aluminum structures for boats, yachts, and other marine vessels. Precision, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of marine-grade materials are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan fabrication projects. Cut, shape, and weld aluminum sheets, plates, and pipes using TIG and MIG welding techniques. Fabricate and assemble marine components such as hulls, superstructures, railings, T-tops, and custom fixtures. Inspect fabricated parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and specialized welding equipment safely and efficiently. Perform repairs on existing aluminum structures, including patching, reinforcement, and cosmetic repairs. Ensure all work complies with marine industry standards and company quality control protocols. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve fabrication challenges. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to OSHA safety standards and company policies. Participate in on-site installation and fitting as needed, including occasional travel to marinas or shipyards.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
