Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
Aluminum
Facade Site Engineer
to manage the on-site installation of facade, aluminum, and glass systems. The ideal candidate must ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to facade, cladding, and aluminum/glass systems.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and implementation.
Ensure execution as per approved plans, BOQ, and UAE building codes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals.
Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and all applicable UAE labor laws.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
Manage material take-offs and verify on-site quantities for billing and inventory.
Troubleshoot installation and quality issues efficiently.
Guide and support site technicians and installation teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in facade or aluminum projects.
Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, ACP cladding, and glass fixing.
Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, and EHS requirements.
Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
UAE driving license is preferred.
