We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Estimator with expertise in Orgadata software to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for aluminum projects, utilizing Orgadata software to streamline and enhance the estimation process. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in working with industry-specific software. Responsibility:
- Estimation and Costing: Utilize Orgadata software to prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for aluminum projects.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine the scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for precise cost assessments.
- Orgadata Software Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Orgadata software for efficient and accurate estimation.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates within Orgadata software to optimize its utilization.
- Quantitative Analysis: Conduct detailed quantitative analysis of materials, labor, and other project costs. Evaluate and compare supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team to align estimates with project timelines and objectives. Collaborate with procurement to obtain accurate pricing for materials and services.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of estimation data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reference. Prepare and present clear and comprehensive reports on estimated costs, providing insights to support decision-making. Arrange quotations.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and relevant factors affecting aluminum project costs.
- Apply industry knowledge to refine and improve the accuracy of estimates.
- Proven experience as an Aluminum Estimator with a focus on using Orgadata software.
- Strong understanding of aluminum construction materials, processes, and industry standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Orgadata software.
- Experience in UAE min 2 years
- Umm Al Quwain
