We are seeking an experienced

Aluminum Cladding Installation Supervisor

to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the timely and quality execution of aluminum cladding works. The supervisor will be responsible for managing site teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage aluminum cladding installation works on-site. Plan, allocate, and monitor daily tasks for site workers. Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements in advance. Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies. Inspect and verify completed works for quality assurance. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aluminum cladding installation supervision. Strong knowledge of aluminum cladding systems, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driving license is mandatory.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in construction/site supervision will be an added advantage.

Work Duration:

6 Months (Project-Based Assignment)
