Job Description
Oversees the fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminium kitchen cabinets. This role involves supervising a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining safety and efficiency on-site or in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision
: Lead and manage a team of aluminium fabricators and installers.Project Coordination
: Interpret technical drawings and project specifications to plan daily tasks.Fabrication Oversight
: Supervise cutting, bending, welding, and assembly of aluminium components.Installation Management
: Ensure accurate and timely installation of kitchen cabinets at client sites.Quality Control
: Inspect finished products and installations to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.Material Management
: Monitor inventory levels, request materials, and ensure proper storage and handling.Health & Safety Compliance
: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.Client Interaction
: Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure satisfaction and resolve on-site issues.Required Skills & Qualifications
2 years experience Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and cabinet installation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
