experienced Aluminium, Glass & Facade Estimator
to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have
strong UAE market knowledge
and proven experience in
estimation, costing, and tendering
for aluminium, glass, and facade works across residential, commercial, and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for Aluminium, Glass & Facade works
Study tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
Perform quantity take-offs and material take-offs accurately
Prepare competitive quotations, value engineering proposals, and cost comparisons
Coordinate with suppliers, system houses, and subcontractors for pricing
Analyze project risks, margins, and cost impacts
Support technical and commercial tender submissions
Assist management with budgeting and project cost control
Requirements:
Minimum
3-7 years UAE experience
in Aluminium & Glass Estimation
Strong knowledge of facade systems, profiles, glass types, accessories, and fittings
Experience in villas, high-rise, commercial & facade projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Technal, Gulf Extrusions, AluK, Schuco, or similar systems
Experience in curtain wall, windows, doors, skylights, handrails, and ACP works
