The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminium structures and products such as doors, windows, frames, curtain walls, cladding, partitions, and custom metal works. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Cut, bend, weld, and assemble aluminium materials using hand tools, power tools, and machines.
Measure and mark out cutting and bending lines on aluminium stock.
Fabricate aluminium products such as doors, windows, curtain walls, panels, and enclosures.
Operate machinery such as saws, shears, brakes, drills, and CNC equipment.
Fit and assemble components using riveting, bolting, welding, or adhesives.
Inspect fabricated items for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Conduct repairs or modifications on existing aluminium structures as needed.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an aluminium fabricator or similar role.
Proficient in the use of fabrication tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical instructions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and long hours standing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of welding techniques (TIG, MIG) is a plus.
Understanding of safety standards and regulations.
