The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fabrication tools, machinery, and finishing techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans.
Cut, bend, and shape aluminium materials using hand tools, saws, presses, and bending machines.
Assemble aluminium components through welding, riveting, or mechanical fastening.
Install fabricated aluminium structures on-site according to specifications.
Perform finishing operations such as polishing, sanding, and anodizing.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to meet project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator or in metal fabrication.
Knowledge of aluminium properties, cutting, welding, and assembly techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Skilled in using fabrication tools and machinery safely.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
