Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabricator with specialized experience operating the MASTER 3P Copy Router for aluminium and PVC profiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating aluminium components -- such as profiles for partitions, windows, doors, or interior fit-out elements -- in accordance with drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the MASTER 3P Copy Router (manual or hydropneumatic version) to perform routing, drilling, and profiling of aluminium (and PVC) profiles, including through-cuts, hardware holes, and shaped/milled slots. MEPAL ITALIA - RobTech Srl+1 Set up machine: load appropriate templates or tracer points, clamps, collets, and ensure correct alignment of profiles before processing. MEPAL ITALIA - RobTech Srl+1 Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications to determine machining requirements (dimensions, profile shapes, hardware locations, etc.). Measure raw profiles, mark cutting/processing lines, and verify final dimensions and tolerances after machining. Inspect finished pieces for quality, ensuring smooth edges, correct cutouts, correct hardware hole placements, and compliance with project specifications and company quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the MASTER 3P machine (lubrication, clamp inspection, bit/collet checks, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient operation. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment; follow company safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with fabrication team colleagues (cutters, assemblers, fitters) to meet project deadlines and coordinate production flow. Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisor in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

3 years of proven hands-on experience

operating copy-router machines (aluminum/PVC profiles) -- preferably the MASTER 3P or equivalent copy-router equipment. Solid knowledge of aluminium profile fabrication, including profiling, drilling, slotting, and finishing for interior fit-out work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication schematics accurately. Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain precision under repetitive tasks. Good understanding of workshop safety procedures and willingness to strictly follow safety protocols. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks -- loading/unloading profiles, clamping, manual measurement, etc. Reliability, discipline, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
