****people on Visit Visa or cancellation, can join immediately within 2 weeks**** Position Overview: As an Aluminium and Glass Fitter, your role is to install, repair, and maintain aluminium frames, windows, doors, and glass components in various residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate installation, adherence to safety standards, and high-quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Install and fit aluminium frames, windows, doors, and glass components based on project specifications, architectural drawings, and design plans. Take precise measurements and cut aluminium profiles to fit the required dimensions, ensuring proper alignment and fitting. Install glass panels, including cutting glass to size, applying seals, and securing them within the aluminium frames. Assemble and install hardware components, such as hinges, handles, locks, and weatherstripping, ensuring proper functionality and security. Collaborate with project teams to review project requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installation activities, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation requirements, evaluate site conditions, and identify any potential challenges or modifications needed. Perform repairs and maintenance on existing aluminium and glass installations, addressing issues such as leaks, faulty hardware, or broken glass. Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including measurements, materials used, and any modifications or changes made. Provide guidance and support to less experienced fitters or technicians, sharing best practices and assisting with training as needed. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of materials and equipment needed for installations. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new installation techniques related to aluminium and glass fittings. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in aluminium and glass fitting is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Aluminium and Glass Fitter, ideally in the construction or architectural industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass types, and their installation methods.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment specific to aluminium and glass fitting, such as cutting tools, drills, sealants, and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to working at heights and handling glass and aluminium materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure accurate installations.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients.
