About Us:

Alter & Launder is a new high-end project in Sharjah specializing in the care of luxury and designer brands. Our focus is on providing premium laundry services and expert alterations for exclusive, high-value garments.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Alteration & Laundry Manager

to lead the setup and operations of our new project. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial skills and proven expertise in handling delicate and luxury fabrics, alterations, and garment care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in selecting, organizing, and setting up laundry and alteration equipment. Establish and oversee operational processes for both laundry and tailoring. Manage daily operations and staff within the laundry and alteration department. Ensure premium service quality for high-end international brands. Train and supervise staff to maintain professional standards. Coordinate workflow and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

Minimum of

5 years' proven experience

in laundry and alterations management. Strong knowledge of high-end and luxury garment care. Excellent organizational and managerial skills. Ability to establish processes for a new project from scratch. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
