Key Responsibilities

• Manage the allocation and replenishment of products across GMG's sports retail stores in alignment with sales trends and inventory targets.
• Analyze sales data and product performance to ensure balanced stock levels across all outlets.
• Develop and implement allocation strategies that support the business's merchandising and financial goals.
• Monitor seasonal trends and customer demand to optimize product flow and reduce overstock situations.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and logistics teams to align allocation plans with supply chain capabilities.
• Generate data-driven reports to evaluate stock distribution, store performance, and sell-through efficiency.
• Ensure high-performing stores receive timely replenishment while implementing redistribution plans for slow-moving inventory.
• Evaluate and support promotional, markdown, and clearance strategies to improve stock turnover.
• Recommend allocation process improvements based on market analysis and business insights.
• Coordinate with logistics to resolve any product delivery delays or supply disruptions.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail allocation, merchandising, or inventory management, preferably in sports or lifestyle retail.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, consumer demand cycles, and product assortment planning.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
