Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end allocation process for GMG's Sports Division, analyzing sales data to optimize product distribution across stores.
• Collaborate with merchandising and planning teams to align stock levels with sales performance, seasonal trends, and business objectives.
• Monitor inventory to ensure timely replenishment of best-selling products and efficient redistribution of underperforming stock.
• Generate analytical reports to measure sales, stock performance, and allocation efficiency.
• Implement and refine GMG's allocation strategies based on market behavior and in-store performance.
• Support promotional, markdown, and clearance activities to optimize inventory turnover.
• Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and timely product flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with internal allocation policies.
• Provide insights to management to support planning, merchandising, and buying decisions.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in product allocation, inventory management, or retail merchandising.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail systems.
• Experience in sports or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of demand planning, replenishment, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
