- Drive pipeline and revenue through Xebia\xe2\x80\x99s partnership with Google
- Leverage Google\xe2\x80\x99s executive relationships with key customers and compelling joint value propositions in order to open doors for new sales opportunity
- Grow presence within other areas of Google such as workpace, Ads, Chrome, Education, Maps, Infra, Apps, Apigee, Shopping, AI/ML
- Drive alignment across Google Cloud leadership and Xebia leadership
- Execute upon strategic Go-To-Market programs to leverage joint marketing opportunities such as webinars, podcasts, case studies, and blog posts
- Own joint territory planning sessions with the sales organization to promote collaboration between teams and understand account plans for top customers targets
- The ideal candidate has a deep understanding and network at Google, either as a result of working at Google or tangentially as a Google partner or customer
- Experience developing partnerships and alliances within the service industry
- Partner acquisition and on-boarding experience
- Experience developing Systems Integrators, Value-Added Resellers and Technical Alliances
- Working experience leading engagements with sales and partner teams
- Ability to deliver Xebia value proposition throughout the Partner landscape (Sales, Technical and Executive audiences)
- Enterprise sales experience
- Understanding of Partner programs for organizations such as Google or similar (AWS, IBM, Oracle and Azure)
- Knowledge of offerings by Google
- Ability to set their own objectives and drive results
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionality ensuring customer service excellence
- Deliver on sales targets set for annula year
