Job Summary: We seek a skilled and passionate Beautician specializing in nails, lashes, skin, and brows to join our team. Beautician Responsibilities: As a specialized Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services in nail care, lash extensions, skincare, and brow shaping. Your expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success and reputation of our salon. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, nail extensions, and nail art, using high-quality products.
- Apply individual eyelash extensions using safe and efficient techniques, ensuring proper placement, adherence, and natural-looking results.
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, such as facials, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications, tailored to clients\' specific needs and skin types.
- Offer professional brow shaping services, including threading, waxing, tweezing, and tinting, to enhance clients\' natural brow appearance.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and any specific concerns or allergies related to nails, lashes, skin, or brows.
- Recommend and sell appropriate retail products for clients to maintain and enhance their beauty regimen.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care, lash extensions, skincare, and brow shaping through continuous learning and professional development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized work area, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized and attentive service, addressing client questions or concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of client profiles, treatments performed, and products used, while maintaining confidentiality and complying with data protection policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a harmonious and positive work environment, fostering teamwork and sharing knowledge.
- Proven work experience as a Beautician specializing in nails, lashes, skin, and brows in a reputable salon or spa.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art.
- Proficiency in applying individual eyelash extensions, adhering to industry safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong skills in performing various skincare treatments, such as facials, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications.
- Expertise in brow shaping techniques, including threading, waxing, tweezing, and tinting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and respectfully with clients.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on salon demands.
- Certification or diploma in Cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or any other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with local culture, customs, and preferences in beauty services for ladies in Dubai.
- A professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Note: Due to the nature of our salon being exclusively for ladies, only female candidates will be considered for this position.

- Beautician: 5 years (Required)
