Key Responsibilities
Provide beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, hair treatments, nail, lash extensions, and basic makeup.
Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend treatments.
Maintain high hygiene standards in the salon at all times.
Build strong client relationships and ensure memorable experiences.
Maintain accurate records of services and client preferences.
Cross-sell spa products and services when appropriate.
Qualifications
Professional certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of salon experience
.
Fluency in English and, ideally, additional language is a plus.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Creative, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
