During your tenure as a Manager/ Senior Manager in Technology Strategy & Transformation you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Prepares project plan to meet objectives within established budget and timeline and recognizes when plans should be adjusted to meet objectives
Develops budget, scope and staffing recommendations based on understanding of client budget and project economics
Fosters a team environment that builds accountability for and commitment to meeting engagement objectives
Identifies relevant business trends, economic forces, and industry practices and discusses with the client

Oversees team in assessing current state processes and tools, defining requirements and developing and configuring the infrastructure to align with industry requirements, strategic business goals, and existing operations
Assesses existing IT operations and their impact on an organizational transaction
Review of due diligence findings and reports, confirming integration priorities and identifying all known issues/risks
Helps client clarify priorities and develops a go-forward technology strategy and supporting processes to drive business value
Evaluate possible sourcing opportunities to effectively support requirements; develops strategy and plans for new technology
Leads the development and implementation of IT & digital strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government processes
Leads the design of the client's IT operating model and ensures proper alignment between the business strategy and the supporting IT strategy throughout the development
Re-imagines government service delivery using the art of the possible and innovation (both from the perspectives of internal government operations and services delivered to beneficiaries)
Integrates IT infrastructure and assets (e.g., data centers, cloud services, servers, networks) into the strategy and defines how they can provide value to the organization
Stays current on emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, IOT, VR/AR) and uses to drive innovative solutions based on client's desired functionality, improve the user experience and enhance IT service delivery
Lead the architecture components of the work to design the client's architecture blueprint, across the various layers (business, integration, data, application, security, infrastructure) leveraging leading EA frameworks

Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related degrees
MBA or a relevant Master degree is a plus
At least 6 to 11 years of experience in Management Consulting Firm. Experience in big four companies is a plus
Ability to apply knowledge of structure, functions, and procedures in solving organizational problems and to develop methods for implementing prescribed systems with the capability to predict the effect of changes recommended or instituted
Competencies required in one or more of the following areas: IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Government, Technology Transformation Management
Industry expertise in Government & Public Sector, with proven experience of delivering IT strategy, operating model and / or EA projects into these sectors
Strong knowledge and expertise in the Whole-of-Government (WoG) concept, digital sustainability, shared resources, integrated services, and Government as a Platform
Strong knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in government operations
Ability to conduct extensive research and analysis to identify digital solutions that can improve government services
Certifications in related methodologies including PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, Zachman, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies
Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs
Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients
