Job Description

All-Round Beautician Trainer - Pointers



Key Responsibilities



Train students in

hair, makeup, nails, skin, and spa

basics and advanced techniques. Conduct

theory and practical sessions

with demonstrations and supervised practice. Develop

training modules, lesson plans, and assessments

as per institute standards. Evaluate student performance and provide

constructive feedback

for improvement. Maintain high levels of

classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety protocols

. Assist in

curriculum updates

, new course development, and exam preparations. Ensure all practical sessions follow

professional salon and beauty industry standards

. Support students with

portfolio building and job-readiness

skills.

Skills & Qualifications



Diploma/Certification in

Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Hairdressing, Makeup, or Nail Technology

. Minimum

2-3 years of salon/spa experience

+ trainer experience preferred. Strong expertise in

hair styling, coloring, makeup, nail art, skincare, and basic spa treatments

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and classroom management

skills. Ability to work with students of different skill levels. Passion for

teaching, mentoring, and skill development

.

Additional Requirements



Professional, punctual, and well-groomed. Ability to handle

multiple batches

(theory + practical). Flexible to work on weekends if required.
