Strategy & Operations role is designed for young professionals who want to make a mark in the game industry. You will be part of the versatile players in the team that handles dynamic projects to address long-term objectives for our projects and unlock growth opportunities across multiple regions. Drive high-impact projects across various game teams and functions such as game operations, game design, marketing, strategy, and more Own end-to-end responsibilities from day one, with the autonomy to shape projects and deliver meaningful impact Collaborate with experienced teams and leaders to solve complex, real-world problems in a fast-paced environment

Minimum a Master's degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous Fresh graduate up to 3 years of working experience, having prior internship or working experience in a strategy consulting firm or other business strategy related functions would be highly preferred Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions. Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic, French, and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams * Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in MENA region; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
