About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Airside Operations Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of safe and efficient airside operations. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for managing a team of Airside Duty Managers while ensuring the highest levels of operational safety, regulatory compliance, and service standards across the airfield.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Airside Duty Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of runways, taxiways, and aprons to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Oversee and monitor aircraft landing and takeoff times, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Act as the main point of escalation during airside incidents, emergencies, or operational challenges.
• Liaise with ATC, airlines, ground handling agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless coordination.
• Prepare and deliver reports on airside performance, compliance, and safety metrics.
