Monitor airport facility maintenance, including runways, taxiways, and terminal infrastructure.
Supervise operational staff schedules, performance, and training.
Review and implement operational policies to optimize passenger flow and service quality.
Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with local and international aviation standards.
Resolve operational disruptions, delays, and other real-time challenges.
Lead efforts for continuous improvement in safety and service delivery.
Oversee budget planning and cost control for operational departments.
Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders during irregular operations.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of experience in airport or airline operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and local civil aviation authority regulations.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in airport management systems and scheduling tools.
