Book and issue airline tickets for local and international destinations.
Plan and organize travel itineraries and holiday packages based on client needs.
Provide professional customer service via phone and messaging platforms.
Efficiently use global distribution systems (GDS) for ticketing.
Coordinate hotel bookings, ground transportation, and tours.
Requirements:
IATA Certification
is mandatory.
Previous experience working in a
travel agency or airline office
(minimum 1 year).
Strong knowledge of booking systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets.
