Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Mix paints and colours accurately according to project specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assist in surface preparation and finishing tasks.
Follow safety protocols and utilise personal protective equipment at all times during work.
Assist with assembly and installation tasks as required on-site.
Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in airless spray painting .
Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to paint coverage and surface dimensions.
Knowledge of construction painting techniques and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
