S3 Inc.’s subsidiary company S3 International requires an Airfield Security Lead to support FMS government contracts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Description: The Airfield Security Lead manages the Airfield Operations and Maintenance AOM) Contractor country specific security clearances. This includes tracking and updating all clearances for contractor assigned personnel as needed and ensuring that aviation employees are informed and educated on the requirements that must be met to maintain their clearances within the system. Responsibilities:
- Supervises, educate, and coordinates the activities across the AOM contract. Develops and recommends operational procedures and policies towards these actions. Supervises, educate, and coordinates the activities across the AOM contract.
- Responsible for conducting administering, developing, and tracking clearance requirements for new employees as needed.
- Manages entry control point (ECP) related applications associated with the Security Forces Information Management System (SFMIS).
- Manages the functional and operational sustainment of all data processing programs such as coordinating background investigations, DoD CAC card, and other systems installed and/or programmed for installation access
- Researches, interprets, and analyzes guidelines to ensure all work complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serves as the main point of contact to ensure all vetting and clearance procedures are adopted and maintained at all times for the assigned airfield site(s).
- Maintains the vetting/clearance database and all associated paperwork in an efficient manner that meets the customer’s requirements.
- Ensures relevant forms and additional paperwork is afforded the correct means of protection given its potential sensitive nature.
- High School Diploma and 6 years of Security Management experience (BS in Law Enforcement preferred.)
- Graduate from a US or Saudi Military Security Academy (or civilian equivalent) and former Military Intelligence Officer with aviation experience preferred.
- Read and speak English and Arabic.
- 8 years of management experience and 3 years of related experience in the assigned discipline, task or program.
- 6 years of Security Management Experience (10 years preferred); significant military operational security experience preferred.
- 8 years of experience in management positions, of which 3 years must have been in airfield or facility operations security.
- Ability to get security clearance.
