As the

Aircraft Standards Inspector

, you will conduct aircraft cabin inspections in accordance with Qatar Airways PDD guidelines. Ensure, adherence to checklist and record data correctly, have the necessary skill set to transform the same observations being compiled, to generate various reports as per department requirement -To name a few ;Shift reports , AMPPS (Aircraft Maintenance Production Planning ) , ECL( electronic cabin log) module for generating.PDF reports with pictures and Excel reports .Finally transforming the raw data, pertaining to aircraft cabins to be analyzed for accuracy by removing any blank fields /duplicates and projecting the analyzed data ready for management review, by juxtaposing the same into live feed / interactive dash boards with graphs and production summary, using power Bi, for real time assessment of the health of our fleet .

Some of the tasks include the following:

Perform aircraft interior audits as per laid down company standards and procedures. Ensures that cleanliness standards set by Qatar Airways are maintained all across the fleet. Chalk out inspection schedules in liaising with management and to generate dive reports on the standards of QR fleet serviced by various stakeholders i.e., QR Technical, QAS and QACC. Spot check the aircraft cabin interiors for cleaning standards and generate reports vide inspection checklist. Check if subsidiary QACC, QAS staff are being deployed in aircraft on time and carrying out the required work in tally with the laid down SLA's/checklist etc. Regularly check if any loop holes by way of non-adherence to safety, security and appearance of the aircraft is maintained in accordance with OHS and SOP guidelines and is not compromised under any circumstances. Perform other department related duties as directed by Line Manager or Head of Department.

Qualifications

About you

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the Product Development and Design.

Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a role involving aircraft interior inspection for cleaning. Familiarity with Aircraft Interiors/Public Areas Cleaning/Carpet Shampoo Machine /Vacuum machine operations, Sound knowledge of cleanliness and engineering processes relating to aircraft interior cleaning/hotel room cleaning and maintenance request process workflow. Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset with ability to identify issues early and implement solutions independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
