Job Description

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Carry out daily maintenance and inspection activities.
• Experience in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.

• Complete prioritized requests depending on the Maintenance Supervisor's priority level.
• Maintain equipment in accordance with standard work, codes, and safety regulations.
• Install technical/mechanical equipment in a timely manner according to the manufacturer's handbook.
• Depending on the project's scope, perform a range of maintenance duties relating to plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, structural civil issues, and other associated responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment when doing maintenance, repair, or installation duties.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments and recommendations.
• Respond to emergencies both during and after business hours in order to address urgent issues.
• When requested by the Facility Engineer you should be able to:
• Buy supplies, materials, and equipment for maintenance and keep track of inventory.
• Provide team transportation and keep an eye on the vehicle's upkeep and performance.
• Monitor any incidence that violates the standards inside the shop or close to the company's premises and notify it.
• Report any issue that needs immediate assistance to the police or fire department.
• Clean and organize garden spaces on company property and ensure that all surroundings are well kept.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC / MEP: 2 years (Preferred)
• UAE: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver's License (Preferred)
