Search, book, and issue air tickets using GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Provide clients with the best possible flight options, fares, and routes.
Reissue, revalidate, and cancel tickets as required.
Customer Service:
Assist customers in person, via phone, email, or chat with flight-related inquiries.
Handle complaints, changes, and refunds efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
Provide pre- and post-booking support including visa requirements, baggage policies, etc.
Sales & Upselling:
Meet or exceed monthly air ticket sales targets.
Promote additional travel services such as travel insurance, hotel bookings, and car rentals.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.
Generate sales and ticketing reports for management review.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and fare rules.
Monitor competitor pricing and services to remain competitive.
Payment Handling:
Manage cash, credit card, and online payment processes securely and accurately.
Reconcile daily sales and cash transactions.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with airline representatives and clients.
Develop a loyal customer base through excellent service and follow-up.
