Job Overview:
We are hiring AI/ML Specialists to join high-impact projects in Abu Dhabi, focusing on cutting-edge GenAI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and secure AI deployment. This is a strategic opportunity to work on national-level initiatives with advanced technologies in secure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
Fine-tune large language models using open-source frameworks or adapter-based approaches (e.g., LoRA).
Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, including multi-hop and graph-based retrieval strategies.
Build secure, locally hosted AI applications simulating private or air-gapped cloud environments.
Develop robust backend systems and RESTful APIs to serve LLM outputs.
Design intuitive front-end interfaces to demonstrate GenAI capabilities to internal users.
Ensure all AI-generated content is traceable with proper source attribution.
Integrate advanced security measures, such as encrypted data paths and simulated biometric access control.
Optimize AI systems for cost efficiency, using model quantization and GPU resource management.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research trends and integrate relevant advancements into project work.
Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to the training and mentoring of junior engineers.
Mandatory Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) applications
Working knowledge of LLMs and model fine-tuning techniques
Implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Experience in secure AI solution deployment
Strong software development skills in Python (R or Java a plus)
Familiarity with cost-aware deployment methods and scalable AI infrastructure
