Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts and tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that enhance productivity. Ensure automation scripts are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices in software development.

Machine Learning:

Contribute to the design, training, evaluation, and optimization of ML models to solve business problems. Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and train ML algorithms. Evaluate model performance and implement enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML and integrate relevant techniques into existing solutions.

MLOps:

Implement and manage MLOps pipelines to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models in production environments. Develop and maintain CI/CD processes for ML workflows to ensure reliable and efficient model updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems and ensure smooth operation. Monitor model performance and address issues related to model drift, data quality, and system integration.

Generative AI / LLMs

Participate in building and testing GenAI use cases. Support prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and fine-tuning efforts under guidance. Help implement RAG pipelines using tools like Azure OpenAI.

Microsoft Copilot Development (End-to-End)

Support development of Microsoft Copilot agents by connecting LLMs with Microsoft 365 tools and APIs. Contribute to configuration, testing, and enhancement of intelligent assistants tailored for internal use. Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards as part of the enterprise ecosystem.
