We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled

Engineer - AI/ML

to join our AI & Data team. This is a great opportunity to work on real-world AI projects, including large language models (LLMs), data modeling, and AI hardware testing.


As an Engineer - AI/ML, you will help research, test, and customize advanced AI solutions both on-premise and in the cloud.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with the solutions and delivery teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real business challenges and create new opportunities for innovation. Assist in testing machine learning models, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon). Identify and assess business problems that can be addressed using AI technologies. Support in building and optimizing a data model for HR, finance, and Sales Ops analytics and workforce planning. Contribute to testing AI desktop hardware performance with AI/ML workloads. Conduct comparative research on available ML/LLM models (cloud-based, proprietary, and open source). Evaluate and adapt open-source models for internal use. Assist in documenting model performance, test results, and research findings. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Sales Ops, IT infrastructure, and AI research to integrate AI capabilities into applications or platforms. Drive innovation by exploring emerging trends in AI and proposing relevant pilots or proofs-of-concept. Provide support in data preparation, preprocessing, and pipeline optimization. Ensure ethical use of AI with fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's or ongoing master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Minimum Experience/Skills Required:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Data Science-related projects. Basic knowledge of machine learning principles, neural networks, and data modeling. Familiarity with Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage. Strong research and analytical skills. Interest in AI hardware and performance benchmarking is a plus. * Excellent communication and documentation skills.
