Role Overview:

We're seeking a Full-Stack Developer who can deliver production-ready web applications quickly and reliably using AI-assisted tools like V0.dev, Cursor, and ChatGPT. Our current tech stack centers around Next.js with React, and we need someone who combines speed with software craftsmanship--producing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

What You'll Do:

Build high-quality, scalable production apps using Next.js and React. Leverage AI tools (V0, Cursor, ChatGPT) for rapid development, automation, and iteration. Write clean, modular code following design patterns and engineering best practices. Consume and develop APIs; implement business logic connected to databases (SQL/NoSQL). Collaborate effectively, debug efficiently, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to backend microservices in .NET or Python as the product scales.
What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern web architecture. Deep familiarity with AI development tools (e.g. prompt engineering, AI-generated code review, V0 UI scaffolding). Strong knowledge of design principles, software patterns, and clean architecture. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Clear and proactive communicator. Comfortable learning and adopting new tools and technologies.
Bonus Points For:

Experience with .NET and/or Python for microservices. Knowledge of backend infrastructure and deployment practices. Experience taking products from MVP to scale.2.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
