Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

AIA - Teacher Assistant

to join our dynamic educational team. This role is pivotal in providing quality support to both students and teaching staff in our vibrant learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities to create a positive learning atmosphere. Support students with varying needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop their skills. Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources to support teaching efforts. Monitor student performance and provide feedback to teachers about student progress and challenges. Encourage student participation and engagement through innovative and interactive methods. Participate in classroom management and support students during group activities and individual learning tasks. Collaborate with staff and parents to promote effective communication and support the children's educational journey.

Requirements

Completion of at least a high school diploma; further education in teaching or child development is a plus. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to establish rapport with students and foster a supportive learning atmosphere. Commitment to nurturing a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Willingness to engage in professional development and continuous improvement.
