What We're Looking For:

We need someone who understands how to turn ideas into cinematic, trend-driven, high-impact edits using AI. Creativity and execution are equally important.

You Must Have:

Proven experience with tools like Runway, Pika, Sora, or similar AI video platforms Strong prompt writing, editing, storytelling, and visual direction skills A sharp eye for timing, pacing, mood, and style Ability to follow social/video trends while bringing your own original flair Fast turnaround, excellent attention to detail, and consistent output

Bonus Points For:

AI-powered VFX or animation experience Expertise syncing AI visuals with music, transitions, and sound design

The Process:

Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a test task--a short video (your choice of topic/tools) that showcases your creative thinking, technical ability, and execution style. No fluff--real skills only.
