Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

AI Specialist with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI)

to drive innovation and AI adoption across our organization. This role will identify high-value GenAI use cases, advise departments on AI-driven solutions, lead AI projects, and stay at the forefront of emerging GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

large language models (LLMs), generative AI frameworks, multimodal AI, and AI automation

, along with the ability to translate these into

practical business applications

that enhance efficiency, creativity, and decision-making.


You will collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to develop and integrate AI-powered solutions that optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

. 3+ years of experience in

AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP)

. Proven experience working with

LLMs, text-to-image models, and generative AI applications

. Strong understanding of

deep learning, transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models

. Familiarity with

cloud-based AI services

(AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) and

MLOps best practices

.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers

. Experience working with

APIs for OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and Stability AI

. Hands-on experience with

prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques

. Knowledge of

vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) for efficient AI search and retrieval

. Strong understanding of

data privacy, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, CCPA)

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a

business-oriented AI mindset

. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify

complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders

. Ability to

drive AI adoption and manage change across teams

. Project management skills with experience in

leading AI initiatives across an organization

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in

AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, OpenAI API Certification)

. Experience in

deploying AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, or personalized AI solutions

. Background in

digital transformation, AI-driven content creation, or AI-enhanced customer experience
